Eligible for both existing and new customers for a period of 12 months

Amazon EC2 offers multiple payment options to suit different usage patterns and budgets. Customers can choose from:

• On-Demand: Pay per hour for the instances you use
• Savings Plans: Commit to a usage level and save up to 72% off On-Demand prices
• Reserved Instances: Purchase capacity upfront and save up to 75% off On-Demand prices
• Amazon EC2 Spot: Bid on unused capacity and save up to 90% off On-Demand prices

The AWS Free Tier provides customers with an opportunity to explore and try out AWS services free of charge, up to specified limits for each service. This includes Amazon EC2, which is free to use for new customers for the first 12 months. Existing customers are also eligible for the AWS Free Tier, but they must stay within the specified limits to avoid charges.

The AWS Free Tier enables customers to gain hands-on experience with more than 60 products on AWS, including Amazon EC2. This provides an excellent way to learn about the benefits of AWS and to develop and test applications without incurring any costs.
